Lou Hughes is Co-CEO of Moving Minds and serves as a CMO On Demand to a diverse group of clients ranging from early stage start-ups to mid-cap companies. In this role, Lou leads mission-critical strategic marketing engagements and digital marketing initiatives that consistently increase market valuation, revenue and demand.
Lou is highly sought after for his ability to drive strategic transformation and innovation across large, complex global organizations in the areas of strategic marketing, branding & repositioning, digital enablement, e-commerce and marketing automation/systems.
Prior to founding Moving Minds, Lou led digital marketing initiatives and engagements for Fannie Mae, Caremark CVS, Commerce One, Unicom Global, Siemens, MasterCard, Citibank and CoStar. Today, he applies the best practices and knowledge gained working on behalf of various Fortune 500 and category leaders to fast-growing venture capital funded start-ups and mid-cap client companies.
Kathryn Hughes is widely recognized for her expertise in positioning companies with zero to little market awareness and turning them into highly valuable, well-known brands that positively affect consumer preference and drive record growth in market share, volume and revenue.
Today, Kathryn serves as Co-CEO of Moving Minds helping organizations shape a vision, define their go-to-market strategies and direct the execution of strategic initiatives and marketing programs that generate long-term, sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Moving Minds, Kathryn served as Chief Marketing Officer of Prospira PainCare, Halifax Health, Virginia Hospital Center and VP of Marketing for TLC Laser Eye Centers. In each of her previous roles, Kathryn was responsible for revenue generation, marketing, referral and volume development, oversight of regional sales and marketing representatives, corporate branding, web and social media marketing, marketing communications and public relations.
